  • Beat Mark in every workout we ever do together
  • Open a bigger CrossFit
  • 50 unbroken double unders (best is 30)
  • Squat 300 lbs (currently 238 lbs, 3 reps)
  • Deadlift 400 lbs
  • Body weight down to 185 (currently 205)

Yikes! Very tight and sore from the tough metcons this week! Feels good though! Tried to get some presses done, but maxed out a single rep at 122#. That is pathetic but unfortunately the truth. Not much power left in the shoulders right now. Looking forward to a fantastic Saturday morning!
